The London tube is the best thing ever. 2 weeks and it will be like second nature to you. The circle line was closed when I was there which made navigating a little more difficult, but it still was easy to acclimate to. The buses are pretty easy to get, too. Where are you in S.Kens? I was right by the Gloucester Tube.
